Ayda did not have
much of a puppy career as a result of Maureen being out of action
with cancer.
However, she
finished her time in puppy in some style going Best Puppy in Show at
North Riding Gundog Club's open show under breed specialist judge
Ernie Lockett, following in the footsteps of her uncle Mathos (Sh Ch
Maursett Mathos JW) who did the same in 2018 at the same show.
Judge Christine Schofield wrote:
"This girl
possesses a well - balanced head with no exaggeration. Good reach of
neck, well laid shoulders. Correct topline and good tail set. Moved
very soundly with such precise foot fall and super side profile gait
showing excellent reach and drive. BP & thrilled to see her take
Best Puppy in Show."
