We were lucky enough to visit Italy for
the Field Trial and Show to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of SABI, the Italian
Club.
The events took place at Casteggio,
near Milan, and gave us the opportunity of meeting a number of breeders and
exhibitors and, best of all, a record entry for the show.
Of course, some dogs take the shows in
their stride:
Whilst others.... well.....let's just
say that some old ladies have seen it all before and are quite happy to leave it
to the youngsters:
It was great to be able to get around
whilst we were in the Milan area, but, a word of warning, this is what happens
if you take your eyes off the road - it took us several hours to get back on
track!:
